Presentation at INTALInC’s webinar series

Prof. Ajay Bailey, the principal investigator of the EQUIMOB project, was invited to speak at the second annual interactive bi-weekly webinar series by INTALInC on 30 September 2021. The series covers talks focused on the theme ‘Solutions-led perspectives on inclusive and sustainable mobilities: New pathways, fresh horizons.’

Prof. Ajay presented a snapshot of equity issues being studied across transport systems in urban India and Bangladesh. The intersections of gender, ageing and the nature of barriers experienced, coping strategies used were discussed with detailed examples.
